Vitreous & Subretinal Hemorrhage in Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy
Type 1 CNV (polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy) with vitreous hemorrhage and suprachoroidal hemorrhage.
You can see vitreous face separation with moderately reflective particles within the formed vitreous, consistent with vitreous hemorrhage. There is minimal reflectivity from the liquid vitreous. The strong reflective vitreous face is consistent with adherent blood.
The optic nerve is visible in the upper portion of the screen, and the macular region seems to be spared. A dome-shaped subretinal hemorrhage is visible inferiorly on the screen (temporal to the macula).
