Total Retinal Detachment, Proliferative Vitreo-Retinopathy (PVR), Open Cone
The undulating movement of the wide v-shaped echo is consistent with a retinal detachment (RD).
The vitreous face is seen on the left of the screen with mild reflectivity consistent with vitreous hemorrhage. The posterior vitreous face seems separated from the optic nerve (ON). Mildly reflective material is seen in the subretinal space, possibly fibrin or blood.
Tilting the probe temporally shows sequential cuts of the RD.
