Minimal movement of an open-throated total retinal detachment. Cross-section of encircling band seen on the top and the bottom to the left of the screen.

Strong reflectivity of retinal tissue. Orbital shadowing by the encircling band. Intraretinal cyst or early fixed fold (arrow).

V-shaped total retinal detachment extending from the region of the ora serrata and extending to the optic nerve, seen as a relatively anachoic area in the orbital fat.
