Staphyloma, axial myopia, and aphakia. Residual vitreous base in a post-vitrectomized eye is visible at the inferior portion of the screen anteriorly. The iris and pupil are visible on the left hand side of the screen, and glimpses of the optic nerve can be seen in the superior part of the screen.

Gain is set low to demonstrate outline of the posterior globe.
