Resources?

WHAT ARE RESOURCES?

When we refer to resources, we mean any lecture, example or monograph that has been contributed to OphthalmicEdge. Taken as a whole, this is a large and growing resource set. You can browse through it to explore its breadth, or use the following tools to focus the list to match your particular interests.

FILTERING CONTENT

Use the filters on the left edge of the Resources page to control what resources are displayed in the resource list.

Try this:

To see all work contributed by Dr. Charles, check the box next to Dr. Charles’ name in the “Contributor” group. The resource list will now show only his material regardless of subject or format.

If you then additionally check the box next to Dr. Fisher’s name, the list will expand to include all of his material as well.

To constrain the list, try checking the box next to “Detachment” in the “Pathology” group. You will now see both Dr. Charles’s and Dr. Fisher’s materials, but only those tagged as detachments.

Clearing the Filters

You can clear an individual filter by un-checking the box next to that filter. You can clear all the filters at once by clicking on “clear all.” The resource list will now include all the resources in the database.

SORTING THE RESOURCE LIST

You can sort and group the resource list at any time using the “Sort by” drop-down menu.

Try this:

Choose “Contributor” from the “Sort by” drop-down menu. The resource list will now be grouped by contributor in alphabetical order. Within each group, the resources will be sorted alphabetically by title.

Use the “up” and “down” triangles to choose “ascending” or “descending” sort order.

Explore the wide breadth of resources in OphthalmicEdge by looking at the filter list on the left side of the page below. Click a filter to see how it works!
